Coach Dino Dauti
Born with a passion for the beautiful game, Dino kick-started his soccer journey at a very young age. His exceptional talent earned him a coveted spot at Young Stars Soccer Academy, a renowned club in Kicevo, North Macedonia, where he competed at a high level for years.
On the pitch, Dino was known for making those around him a more cohesive unit. His exceptional tactical vision, strategic understanding, and uncanny ability to inspire offensive attacks helped his team compete at an extremely high level. Beyond his own performance, his charismatic leadership and unrelenting work ethic cemented his reputation as a remarkable footballer.
When his illustrious playing career came to an end, Dino moved with his wife, Teuta, to Milton, Wisconsin, where they are raising their three children. Known for his infinite patience and unwavering belief in the transformative power of soccer, Dino now applies his expertise in a new way -- coaching the next generation.

At Young Stars Soccer Academy, Dino leverages his rich experience and passion for the game to help budding players reach new heights. His dedication to his students' development -- both as players and as individuals -- sets our academy apart.
We train both indoors and outdoors across two venues: outdoors at King Hill Park in Milton on Tuesdays and Thursdays (wear cleats), and indoors at Woodman's Sports & Convention Center in Janesville on Fridays — with programs designed for players aged 6-18 at every skill level.
We complement your season — we don't replace it.
Young Stars is a neighborhood academy for Milton and all surrounding communities. We're proud to stand alongside your school and rec programs, not compete with them. Keep playing for your school. Keep playing in your rec league. We're here for everything in between.
Keep your school & rec teams
Your school and rec seasons are a huge part of growing up in soccer. We never ask players to choose. Our schedule is built to fit around them — practices run Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:30 to 7:30 PM, all ages together.
Add year-round training & a club team
What we add is professional, year-round training and a competitive club team — consistent, high-level coaching every month of the year so your player never has an off-season and keeps developing between school and rec seasons.
